Luna Alarm provides:

• Alarm scheduling
• AI-assisted wake-up interactions
• Personalization via name, pronouns, language, and avatar

The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Accounts

No account registration is required. However, you must provide certain onboarding data (name, pronouns, language) for personalization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with App functionality
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Abuse AI interactions
• Upload harmful content

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access.

4. AI Assistant Interactions

The AI avatar generates automated responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI interactions are not real human communication
• The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice
• You must not rely on the App for emergencies

In case of emergency, call your local emergency services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including avatars, designs, audio, and AI-generated output—is owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. In-App Purchases

If the App offers paid features:

• Purchases are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system
• Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies
• Access to paid features continues only while the subscription is active

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Reliability
• Accuracy of AI responses
• Uninterrupted operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Missed alarms
• Improper or unexpected AI responses
• Device damage

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App anytime by deleting it.
